Summer Band 2016: Monday, June 6th - Thursday, June 16th. (There will be no session on Friday, June 10th)
Who can attend? Any D300 student who is an incoming 6th, 7th, or 8th grader for the 2016-2017 school year are welcome! A good rule of thumb is if your student is enrolled to attend any of the following schools next year, you are in the clear!

Please remember that you are registering your student for their INCOMING GRADE LEVEL for the 2016-2017 school year.
Registration Information: Registration will be open from February 1st through April 15th. The Summer Band Event will run from Monday, June 6th - Thursday, June 16th. There will be no session on Friday, June 10th.
Incoming 6th Grade Students will attend from 8:00am - 10:15am
Incoming 7th Grade Students will attend from 9:15am - 11:30am
Incoming 8th Grade Students will attend from 10:30am - 12:45pm
A finale concert will be presented on Thursday, June 16th at 7pm (Location TBD)
How do I Register?: There are two choices! Complete the online registration by submitting the form and using a credit card to pay for the fee. The second option is to print the form. Please print the registration form, bring it to your child’s base school or mail to their base school by the deadline above. Note that the FEE is due at the time of registration. Please make all checks payable to District 300.
Tuition Information: Grades 6-8 students ................ $105 for the two week session
Part of the tuition fee will cover a D300 Summer Band T-Shirt. The District has a No Refund Policy
Location: The D300 Summer Band is once again running at Westfield Community School in Algonquin, IL.
Transportation to Summer Band: District 300 will not provide any transportation to Summer Band programming. Students will need to be dropped off at the Westfield main entrance (door 2) five minutes prior to the start of their session. Students will need to be picked up at the Westfield PDC entrance (door 5) no later than 10 minutes after the end of their session. If you are interested in Car Pooling with other parents from your area, the D300 Summer Band team will be putting together a Car Pool list. If you would like to be involved, please select “yes” on the registration form when prompted.
